This is our finest single origin coffee, featuring a rich single origin offering from the Ethiopian, Yirgacheffe region. Each peaberry bean is delicately hand picked, triple washed and processed. We roast it to just after first crack, which is extremely light in order to bring out the intense aroma and origin of the bean. All of our Ethiopian coffee is grade 2, based on size of bean, lack of imperfections and flavor, which is considered to be the top rating for this bean type. We only source from fair trade coffee coops within the region and insure farmers are treated fairly and paid good wages.
