To describe this creation in one word would be "Heavenly". Chef Gursey developed this distinct hand crafted powder as the base for many of his lavish drink creations including his signature "Crem Brulee Latte", "Vanilla Latte", "Pumpkin Spice Latte" "Orange Dream" and "Vanilla Frost". Made from cured imported Madagascar Vanilla this powder can best be described as aromatic and buttery, with a slight touch of almond. Use a 1/4 cup for a 12 oz hot beverage or a 1/2 cup for a 16 oz cold one.
